Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, or restocks), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping 3–7 business days

Holiday Notice: Carriers experience heavier-than-normal volumes from November through December. While we ship orders promptly, delivery times may be extended and carrier delays are outside of our control. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.

Please note: Beach chairs ship in oversized packaging, which may result in higher carrier rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii due to carrier size restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
For orders marked “delivered” but not received, please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors before contacting support—carriers sometimes scan packages early.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping fees may apply. For full details, see our Return Policy.
